PSC runs an Olympic Weight lifting program at Fitness First Bond Street. My coaching system addresses the finer details that Olympic Weightlifting deserves.
The tailored 12 WEEK PROGRAM includes appropriate movement prep, structured barbell drills, progressions of the snatch, clean & jerk and supportive accessory exercises.
