Here the objective is find out where you are, why you’re there and where you want to be.

Here PSC out sources leading technology to scan your lean mass, fat mass and bone mineral density. This is the most accurate physiological baseline available. 

TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGN

Based off your assessment, your program is designed for what your body needs and what you want to achieve. A full comprehensive plan is generated for both training and nutrition. 

NUTRITION ELEMENT

Customised meal plan that is specifically created for you. Your lifestyle, schedule and needs are all taken into consideration to ensure this plan is sustainable long term. 

PROGRAM PRESENTATION

A thorough consultation to ensure you are confident with your plan, the process requires work on your own in order to achieve your outlined goals

WORK PHASE

Hard work, compliance and consistency to your plan. Constant incremental progress for 4-6 weeks

RETEST & RECALIBRATE

Here your progress is retested and a new baseline is set to move to the next phase of training.

CONTINUED RE EVALUATION
